Stephanie Feldman Motter OK. Hagerstown, MD has a population of around 50 to 60 thousand people and only ONE Starbuck's! We had a second one that was in a nice old stone farmhouse near my end of town but of course they had to close that one. It had only been open for a year. Thirty miles away in Frederick, MD there are SIX stores. They are a s...lighty larger city but not by much. What is the problem with getting a few more stores in my town? I know times are tough but I also know of plenty of people who still buy their coffee every day. It would be nice to have a store on Rt. 40 toward I-70. Prime spot. There are two commercial property eyesores for sale AGAIN and it would be nice to see them demolished to have something more useful put in their place. If I had the money I would do it myself!
