The most difficult part of Lupus for me is when I have good weeks, no flare, and I end up becoming excited with hope. Then when I get hit with fatigue or pain, I drop so fast, it gets me down. I guess worn down is more appropriate. But yes, I deal, its been 9 yr.'s now, and I still have no idea what each day will bring. Blessings to all who are struggling with Lupus.

YOU KNOW! I THINK ITS TERRIBLE THAT I SENT THE LUPUS CANDLE FOR MY FRIENDS TO LIGHT! TO SPREAD AWARENESS AND DO YOU THINK THAT EVEN ONE PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED IT? NOPE, AND I HAVE 30 SOME FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK! I'M 42 AND WAS DIAGNOSED 12 YEARS AGO! MINE SEEMS TO AFFECT WE WHEN WINTER COMES! BADLY! GOD BLESS EVERYONE WITH THIS DISEASE! I PRAY FOR YOU ALL! THERE WILL! BE A CURE.

Donna Destephen...I'm so sorry your friends let you down. I understand & know the feeling way too well. It's sad, until someone else experiences something so complex as Lupus they just don't get it ! I am 63 & have been living with it since high school. Have had some nasty complications but yes, I agree there will be help & a cure some day.
