Well, given that there are plastic surgeons out there who specialize in vaginoplasty (making the vaginal opening tighter) and who also injected the g-spot with cellulose to make it bigger, much like making the lips of the mouth larger. When I was a medical transcriptionist years ago, I used to type these reports.

I think the research is flawed... See More. As a sexually-active married woman, I can attest that there is indeed a 'g-spot'. It is sometimes elusive in some women, I'd gather. After all, body parts come in different shapes and sizes....
