2) Choose 'Help Making a Payment' from the dialogue box that appears



3) Write a description of your issue in the section provided

We accept the following credit cards as payment for Facebook Credits: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Mobile Phone. If your debit card has one of these logos on it, you may also use it to buy Facebook Credits.

This $1.01 is simply a temporary authorization to validate your credit card. The authorization will be removed from your credit card automatically, typically within 3-5 business days. Facebook makes these authorization charges and then immediately invalidates them. If the $1.01 remains on your statement for an extended period of time, please contact your bank to ask why the authorization has not been removed even though it has been voided by Facebook.

1) Click the 'Payments Issue' link




2) Choose 'Dispute a Payment' from the dialogue box that appears




3) Choose the recent order you have not received or are unsatisfied with

4) Write a description of your issue in the section provided



This message will be forwarded directly to the application in question. A copy of this message will also be emailed to the email address linked to your Facebook account. The application will be responsible for responding to your message and resolving your dispute.
