Danielle I have shopped online for Christmas gifts for more than 10 years and I have never gone empty handed for gift giving. This year I placed an order for my father for a watch from Kohls.com well within the "guaranteed delivery" before Christmas. Of course it never came. When I questioned the fact that they had guarantee...d it and were they aware of what that word actually meant I was told that I could take 20% off of my next Kohl's.com purchase. Apparently they didn't realize that I was never shopping at Kohls again. Anyway- I finally received the gift yesterday. Thank you Kohl's.com for spoiling my father's Christmas. Fool me once.

Nicky Gonzalez I went to khols to return a gift that was diffective because the jeans were ripping and the jacket was rusting and when I returnedit with the tags still on it for store credit they gave me 11 dollars to go buy something ! this was an 80 dollar outfit. So i left with the diffective outfit home without a sorry :( then they wouldnt give me a bag to leave the store.

Alethia Rains 1. bought a microwave from khols....the plastic is literally breaking off and ive had it for only 6 months....my old one was years old and never had that problem. 2. bath rug....feels like crap now...the one i got from target...is still looking great. 3.
