Jenel Looney

Jenel Looney Lynda.com was recommended to me by my friend, graphic illustrator Nick Ramos and I *love* it! Yesterday, I was working on a voice narration for the first time, and all the audio sounded scratchy and horrible. Went to Lynda.com and saw tutorials on Adobe Soundbooth. Downloaded a free trial of Soundbooth, watched the tut...orial, and the project turned out great! Highly recommend Lynda.com. Well worth $25 per month!

Zaneta Kremsa

Zaneta Kremsa Hi, what courses do you recommend to start with Illustrator CS4? I am thinking about Getting Started and then Essential Training and Beyond the Basics. Or should I go for One-on-One: Fundamentals then One-on-One: Advanced and One-on-One: Mastery? I don't have any experience with Illustrator... Thanks :)

Tice Allison

Tice Allison I hail from Santa Rosa, CA, where our very own Santa Rosa Junior College is rapidly garnering the reputation as having one of the top graphic design programs in the United States... and yet Lynda.com simply blows it away. Indeed, we have teachers on an equal professional footing as the Lynda.com queue of instructors, b...ut when the only advantage (that I can discern) from taking a live class is having a live instructor off of whom to bounce questions, and that is easily usurped by the teaching excellence of such talents as Deke McClelland whose thorough presentations address almost every question that could possible arise while you make your way through the videos, you can see how the wave of the future is upon us.
