Cathy Watching the premier of The Biggest Loser. HUMILIATION? Really? Its like when you are a little girl, your Mom buys you this beautiful pink polka dotted dress, you wear it to school feeling like a princes and the kids all yell “look at the pink polka dotted ELEPHANT”. Its just like that all over again. Is the humil...iation necessary? It’s a huge turn off if you ask me.

Andrea Medford Bob, the statistics in my country from the Diabetes Association of Barbados says that 10 people lose a limb to diabetes each MONTH in my country. The population is only 260,000!!!!

Samantha Branda Bob, I've been working out for almost 3 months. I don't feel like im seeing a difference. I was wondering if you could suggest any exercises that target thighs and lower stomach, I've been really trying. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. I'd really like your imput. Thanks!!
