Git down cool cats and soulsters to some funky jazz from the vaults of "Jazzadelic". These guys are a Boston based band who are on a Japan tour and they plyed at the Ueda Joint this summer.
Swank vibes, hot standards, cultural cross pollination from the States and Japan. Band melange and styles brought from coast to coa...st. Nagano players from "Swell" and " Blissed" and Tokyo jazz musicians too!
Sip a few cold ones or some vino tinto while the minstrels bless the place with sonic delights. A few guest Dj's (like Dorobo) thrown into the mix as well to set the vibes pre and between sets.
The hot spot where the in hipsters hang....slide on in to a Roots Cafe jazz night.

Evergreen Outdoor Center Great Avi awareness event. was great to see so many people come out. With your support Evergreen raised over 100,000 yen for the 100 year Rogers Pass disaster anniversary event to happen this coming March back in Revelstoke. Lake Aokiko Clean up by canoe. Sorry!!! DATE is Wednesday November 4th @ 9:00AM
Come out for 09:00 on Wednesday the 4th of November for a morning of clean up of one of Japan's great treasures; Lake Aokiko.
Evergreen staff will be volunteering their expertise and time to take people out in Canadian Canoes to pick up any ...trash left over from the summer.
The first Year Evergreen did this lake clean up 6 years ago we filled 4 K-trucks full of garbage. 2nd year we filled up 2.5 truck loads and by the 3rd year we had barely 1 truck load. Keep it clean and people will follow suit.
Please come and show your support for protection of one of Japan's cleanest bodies of water. Isn't it worth 3 hours of your time?
