Thanks Mitchell. We share news and reactions to important and often horrific events in Burma. For many people of Burma in exile, who have family members who are suffering (for example from torture) in prison, and so on, we can offer our compassion and just an occasional friendly word. Two of my friends on this group are sisters whose father was ... See Moreassassinated in 2008, another has a brother who is now unable to walk because severe beatings while he was in prison caused neurological damage, which means he is now partly paralysed. I am grateful for this opportunity of being able to show them that they are not alone. Together we have built a strong community on FaceBook.
