If they raise rates NOW they'll DESTROY recovery. Wait a while and see how things unfold. Keep an eye on possible distorsions derived from the abnormally low rates. I'm referring to some 'funny' carry trades, arbitration and other shenanigans which don't serve any useful purpose.
Bubbles? I can't for the life of me think of any bubble being formed right now. If you find one, 'pray tell' ASAP. Would love to surf it for a while if it were true. But I'm quite skeptical at this point in time. ;-)

Even with Intel's tactics. AMD was doing well, gaining market share and hugely profitable during these years. The problem of AMD is they are not keeping the lead. Intel is back on top again. Now, AMD is in trouble, because Intel's chip is better, not because of Intel's tactics. Intel's does play some roles in keeping market share, but not as ... See Morebig as the law suit indicated. I don't know whether providing product rebates to manufactures are legal or not. But, I hope people can focus on other issues instead of suing each other.

The "Fiscally Conservative" is what driving people out of the Boroughs. Untill NYers wake-up and realize they won't be the rich guy who can afford to live in the city, they will continue to elect mayors that will put the intrest of business before the citizens.

I love how people get all emotional and defensive just because they don't agree with a certain political party. This is geared more towards Matthew. I am, and will always be an Independant. However, Bloomberg has done nothing for the working class citizens of NYC. I even read an article that stated since he was elected, close to 1 million people ... See Moremoved out of New York, because they couldn't afford to live here. This isn't a Republican v. Democrat issue. This is an issue of wheather or not, the working class can afford to live in Manhattan, just like the Millionaires. This is an issue about wheather of not, a working class family would be priced out of their neighborhood, just because they lived 30 minuets from Midtown. In this recession, we're going to see more and more New Yorks become unemployed. Again, what has Bloomberg done for them? I shutter to think what will happen to this city, when the bottom falls out.

Sounds like he bought the office. What does win mean when you throw $90 million at it? $90 million you could probably float a third world country on that for a year or so. $90 million think of that for a moment. Whew! He must really like being Mayor. I am sure it has its perks!

$90 million=1,000 experienced teachers at NYC pay scale. Want to reduce class size? Just do the math to see where Bloomberg's priorities REALLY are. Anyone who's taken a basic statistics class knows how easy it is to manipulate numbers, so why do so many people believe that Bloomberg's ed stats are anything but propaganda?

This mistake of human genetics is absurdly insane. New York is in a complete bust right now and this excuse for a man uses $90 million of his own money to make sure he is elected for a third term. Governors are only allowed to serve two terms, yet this swine ninja-ed a late night session with state commissioners to have that law overturned, to ... See Moreallow him a third. To top things off, he already was expected to win months ago. There was no reason for him to spend $90 million of his own money, the whole thing was already inherent. Why didn't he give that money away to foundations or charities for good show. That would have pulled in way more votes. Come on people, things like this are completely dangerous. He is obviously thinking more about himself, than he is the well-being of New York.

The times they are a changing . Why is everybody so upset about term limit where Bloomberg is concerned when these useless asshole judges sit on the bench until they get dimensia .And their judicial decision making and behavior reflect it (dimensia that is ) .If it's good enough for them then it's good enough for mike and me to . If your gonna limit term it should apply to everyone elected or appointed.
