Tap is amazing, like any other form of dance. I wish people would try something before they say how lame a genre is. Dance is one of the toughest art forms

I'm glad Bianca is gone. She was on a bunch of other reality shows (including as low as it gets on the acting totem pole---a MTV dating show called Parental Control) and is sadly a fame-seeking reality-show-whore. Bye bye Bianca. You can dance, but I have a hard time backing someone who chooses to pick from the garbage pail.

!st all dance is great. you cn have sucky taoppers as you can have sucky contemp, hip hop etc. Bianca's routine to TOOTSIE roll was spot on and i believe she was "tapping for her life and should have stayed. It was not fair that noelle only danced 1 time and got to stay. i wanted the public to get a chance to vote for the tappers hell all the ... See Moredancers. The judges absolutley got it wrong concerning bianca. phillip on the other hand knew he was going. Bianca should have been given that last shot i believe her performance in her style warranted a chance to be selected by the people! Ps Love adam shankman! he is the real deal!

Bernardo...REALLY?!?!! Are you a dancer? Do you know how difficult tap dancing is? So difficult that the judges said they can not teach it in the short time they have for the show. So these dancers are definitely at a disadvantage!

I will really miss Mia Michaels' choreography...sigh

Phillip is a class act

After reading everyone's comments I am excited to know so many people care about dance! I own a dance studio where the students learn EVERYTHING they can. Diversity is the key to a well - rounded performer. SYTYCD is a great mentoring tool for my students.

Somewhat disheartening that the staff is eliminating dancers based on their choices. Thank goodness the world series is over.

SYTYCD should have delayed the start of the show in stead of changing the rules, this season is sucking for me so far, not fair for them to make all the decitions.

It's unfortunate that the world series was on and prevented a results show, that's why the judges did the deciding the past two weeks. If they do a fall show next year, they need to change the night so they can do a results show. Was surprised that Channing didn't have to dance for her life. Agree with the decision on Philip and would'nt have wanted Noelle to go home. If Channing had to dance for her life, I wonder if Bianca would still be in the competition.

Megan Adair, I agree with you. Susan Keim, IF SYTYCD and it's producers had any clout, they would have been able to still have 2 shows a week, but this fall season isn't pulling very good ratings.

Quit posting the loosers in the heading. I DVR the show and sometime it takes a day or so to get to watch. This spoils the outcome for some of us!

It takes a small mind not to at least respect all forms of dance. We all enjoy our favorite styes, but every form of dance has deep roots and meaning. Tap is especially a big part of the American culture and if you exposed yourself to old and new tap styes I am sure most would be amazed at what can be expressed through tap.

To me, this was one of the worst decisions in the history of this show. Two great African-American tap dancers leave on the same night? I was not impressed with half of those routines. Big mistake SYTYCD. Big mistake.

Yes, I saw this and he is a good dancer. He will still go far. He left the stage in a graceful matter. I do believe his father passing had a lot to do with his performance. This reminded me of Tiger Woods when he lost his father.
I will pray for his strength in the Lord through his time of sorrow.

I really think it should have been Channing, not Bianca, in the bottom 4. While I do think Philip was the right choice, I am very disappointed that 2 tappers are gone. I think the judges made a mistake with the ladies.

Season 1 is the best of them all.

I cant stand the latin choreographers. They suck. Don't remember their name, but the bright red-haired old lady and her partner. They suck every time, for me.

And Phillip is just weird. He's got an attitude waiting to explode (again). And tap SUUUUUUUUUUUCKS on this competition.
