Shawna Does anyone know how to change a personal account on FB into a memorial account or a fan page? FB help is No help and we are trying to maintain a friend's page (who died recently) but don't have her passport...help.
Frank For reasons unknow any updated photos from my friends pages no longer appear in my feed. I have to go to the photos tab to look them up - is this something new?
Gill Hi Skillfoo I noticed something odd - or maybe its been there a while and I've not seen it. Every minute or so my page keeps refreshing and at the bottom of the screen it says something about "x items remaning.... social bid system" - have also had a "can't find the page" page showing with this "social bid system" on ...it... any idea what it is? thanks :)

Brenda so am I understanding that my fb friends can send or somehow allow viewing of my photo's to non-friends , EVEN if I have them set to 'only friends' in privacy settings?

I did the "tools, options, load images automatically, exceptions, highlighted www.facebook.com in the list, remove site, close, and I typed www.facebook.com in the empty address bar in that box and clicked allow, restarted and NO PROFILE PICS on any of my pages, pasted photos on my live feed and wall are there.
When I r...ight clicked on a page I was trying to delete on my info page, I selected "block images from this site" on the drop down menu. I thought that I was deleting the page off of my info page. But what happened was that all my profile pics were blocked.
Since I did it I should be able to undo it, don't you think! But how?

Evelyne tried to do a name change (to somewhat protect the innocent) it was an appropriate, alternate...but not one of "their reccomendations" Declined. tried once more, now i am on denied access to change names because i had been declined! for 2 weeks!! is it best to just wipe slate clean ans start over?
Chris Maybe someone here can answer as I am having no luck finding a solution. FB keeps stalling my browser! I could be scrolling the page, clicking on a link, whatever. My browser stops responding for a few seconds and then it recovers. Typing is jerky, I often have to wait a few seconds for it to catch up with me. I've bee...n monitoring my CPU usage and I notice that it spikes, up to 100% when the browser stalls. This happens on my computer at work, too, and it started perhaps a month or so ago. It's incredibly annoying. I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 with Firefox 3.5.6. Any ideas?
